This is the first time I’ve ever written a negative review for a company, but the situation became serious enough that I feel obligated to warn others. When it comes to commercial vehicles, improper repairs can put not only your driver’s life at risk, but also the lives of everyone else on the road. I hired this company to replace the radiator on one of my trucks. I purchased the radiator, and they came out to perform the installation. The same day, the truck had to be driven to another location, and at no point did anyone inform me that the hose connected to the radiator also needed to be replaced because the original one was too small after the new radiator was installed. While I was on the phone making payment for the service, my driver was already experiencing issues on the road. The worst part is what I discovered the following day. After feeling uncomfortable about the quality of the work, I decided to have my personal mechanic inspect the truck. He found that several screws and components that had been removed during the repair were either left loose or completely missing. This level of negligence could have caused a serious accident and put my driver in danger. Thankfu

I had a very bad experience with this mechanic on my 2017 Freightliner Cascadia. I called them out to fix a turbo issue, but instead of solving the problem, they made things worse. During the repair, they damaged parts, including a bracket, and left the job unfinished. Communication was extremely difficult since the mechanic did not speak English, which made it hard to understand what was being done or to explain the issue properly. On top of that, even though the work was incomplete and caused additional problems, they still expected full payment. As a truck driver, downtime costs money, and this situation put me at a serious disadvantage. I had to find another mechanic to fix what should have been done right the first time. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I do not recommend this mechanic at all.

Outstanding customer service, fast and courteous, terrific workmanship. The technician drove close to three hours to replace a door handle on my Prevost bus he cleaned up behind himself and made sure everything was just as he found it .He made sure that it looked factory and was secure. I cannot ask for anything better dispatch communicated. Great. Let me know when he was close and made sure that I was satisfied. I highly recommend this service. Thanks again.

Great service at a time when you need it most. ETA was a little bit longer than I was told but not longer than any AAA I've ever used. Alfredo showed up ready to work looking professional and having all the right tools which is not always the case. I highly recommend fast.
